Purchasing from nightshadezine.bigcartel.com automatically means that you understand and agree to our policy.

Due to UK's Value Added Tax (VAT) system. We are NOT open orders to UK and EU customers. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Item and Inventory:

  • The product you are purchasing is a pre-order item and will not be shipped out until after pre-orders close and all components of the respective bundles have arrived and have been quality checked.
  • You are purchasing an unofficial, fan-made product. All characters featured belong to Monty Oum and Roosterteeth.
  • Distribution of the digital booklet and merchandise is not allowed. It is within the contributor's discretion if they would like to share their pieces after the production of the project.
  • All items are for a limited quantity only. We will not restock nor re-open pre-orders after all items have been shipped out.

Shipping and Handling:

  • All orders are shipped out from USA. Domestic & International orders will be shipped out via USPS. All orders will include a tracking number.
  • Import duties, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If requested, we will gladly put a note that this is a gift. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Returns and Exchanges:
  • All sales are final after items have been shipped out. We will only issue a refund if your order has not been shipped out yet. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting a refund.
  • After orders are shipped out, we are not liable for any damage during shipping, transiting, and handling. We will not issue a refund for any lost or stolen items.
  • Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete. Please provide proof of purchase when requesting an exchange.
  • Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, the customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless they pay for the cost of shipping again.
